Dr. Yoon's current research focus is on pharmacy education development. In response to the global paradigm shift in pharmacy practice and the profession, pharmacy education in Korea is being reformed to the 6-year education program. As a board member of a research group for the Korean Association of Pharmacy Education (KAPE), Dr. Yoon has put invaluable effort to develop and implement  clinical experiential pharmacy practice education. Dr. Yoon is also interested in post-graduate continuing eduction of practicing pharmacists and has developed and given series of lectures on the advanced pharmacotherapy courses, including cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, and nephrology. In addition, her professional and academic research interests include metabolic disorders, geriatrics, and evidence-based drug information.
