This laboratory aims to develop a new nanomedicine-based cancer immunotherapy for modulation of the tumor immune microenvironment (TIME). We are studying methods for improving the efficacy of immunotherapeutic agents that utilize immune cells in the tumor microenvironment, and currently we are developing multiple immunotherapy agents based on bioengineering of nature-derived nanomaterials.
